Another crack at a concentrated effort.

First off Google's Questionable NDA

My favorite quote "This Agreement shall remain in effect until such time as all Confidential Information of Google disclosed hereunder becomes publicly known and made generally available through no action or inaction of Participant." Since some of the information "disclosed hereunder" will only ever be known to me and Google (see next bullet), this means that the NDA lasts forever."

Emphasis, mine. So, every part of this document remains confidential until such time as all Confidential Information is both publically known and generally available. Even parts that are generally known by the public cannot be revealed by the signer of the agreement. How... not evil of Google.
